Terms of Use for the Open Data Platform of EYDAP

The use of the opendata.eydap.gr, whether referred to "EYDAP S.A." is governed by the following Terms. Visiting or remaining on the website constitutes the unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use, which are outlined below.

  1. The opendata.eydap.gr belongs to "EYDAP S.A." which allows unrestricted and unimpeded access to its open data platform under the present Terms of Use.
  2. The opendata.eydap.gr is freely accessible to visitors, offering search, access, and further use of open data services.

  12. Any disputes that may arise under these Terms are resolved amicably in the first instance. In any case, the competent courts in Athens are designated, and Greek law applies.
